Bass Ukuleles

Bass ukuleles bring a lower register to the compact ukulele format, usually with a longer scale, thicker strings and a pickup for amplification. They can add bass movement to an ensemble while remaining easier to carry than a full-size bass. Compare scale length, tuning, string feel, pickup or preamp controls and the amplifier or PA connection required.
