Description

The Ukulele Traders are pleased to introduce the Gretsch G9126 Guitar Ukulele in Honey Mahogany Stain

A ukulele designed for guitar players. The Gretsch G9126 Guitar Ukulele is ideal for guitarists who want the great tones of a ukulele but with the familiarity of a six stringed instrument. Tuned from A to A in guitar intervals, the 6 string uke is effortless to play.

Body and neck

The all-Mahogany body, neck and quartersawn top produce beautiful warm tones. The one-piece neck is smooth to play for those more experienced with full size acoustics or electric guitars. A bone nut ensures reduced fret buzz and seamless playability, while the Grover tuners are ever reliable.

About the manufacturer

Gretsch

Gretsch is a historic American brand best known for its guitars, with roots going back to the late 1800s. The company has a strong association with vintage style, rockabilly culture, and distinctive design, and this character carries through into their ukulele range. Gretsch ukuleles often stand out visually, with bold finishes, retro aesthetics, and details that reflect their guitar heritage.

Their ukuleles are typically aimed at players who want something a bit different from the traditional look and feel. Models like the G9120 series, often featuring unique shapes and eye-catching colours, are popular for their personality as much as their sound. Gretsch is worth exploring if you’re drawn to vintage-inspired design and want an instrument that stands out both visually and tonally.
